Refund and Returns Policy
At Efbies, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Window
| You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. |
Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the product is found to be defective and you notify us promptly upon discovering the issue.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
- Free from stains, odours (including perfume/deodorant), alterations, or damage caused after delivery
- Returned with the original invoice or order confirmation
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Innerwear, lingerie, and other intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear
- Accessories such as earrings, where indicated as non-returnable on the product page
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product, especially if reporting a defect, damage, or wrong item received.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or share instructions for self-shipping the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all tags and the invoice.
4. Reasons for Return
a) Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item
If you receive a wrong product, a damaged item, or one with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund (including any shipping charges paid), once the issue is verified.
b) Size or Preference Issue
If the item simply doesn’t fit or suit your preference, you may request a size exchange (subject to stock availability) or a refund, in accordance with the conditions in Section 2. In such cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds for online payments will be credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI; you may be asked to share your bank account or UPI details for this purpose.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead, as per your preference.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe mentioned above, please first check your bank account or payment app again, then contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the details below.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined above, where eligible.
